natural soul is a new journal that offers a unique venue and forum for the subject of wilderness.

thank you for your interest in applying for a grant from us.

grants are funded by donations from contributors and generous individuals and companies. with a small donation for each submission, writers and photographers help fund grants, aiding individuals and organizations that have a specific mission or trip that helps protect or explores wilderness.

we are currently raising grant money and hope to soon provide a limited number of micro-grants ranging from $100 - $300.

those who receive grants will be asked to contribute to our forthcoming dispatches section, which will chronicle work in the field.

we cannot provide a great deal at first, but in a grassroots effort, every bit helps. with the continued success of the journal, we hope to eventually provide larger grants.
